Strong Woman Exercise Class

Strong Women Exercise Class for the prevention of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. The program utilizes light weight training to increase muscular strength. Balance is also a component of the class. The class is free with a $15 annual membership to the YWCA. Class is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting at 9:15 a.m., led by Cas Dowden.
